What's on the top of your list?
Personally, I haven't had a cigarette in almost 5 weeks. I haven't said I quit, just that I haven't had one today.
I much prefer the idea of setting goals to resolutions, Both words have similar meanings but resolutions seem so much more daunting, if you don't achieve these you have failed. If you don't lose that 20 pounds or get this task done, you have failed, game over! Certainly Not! Keep it positive, baby steps...... keep at it, you WILL get there.
Set goals instead of proclaiming resolutions, move forward in a positive manner. Celebrate milestones as you get closer to completing that project or whatever you have chosen to do.
